Off Season Development Program

Do you want to experience all facets of the Elite Player Development Program but can't commit long term?  The UQRA has included an Off Season Development Program to its line up.

This new, short term program is available to players aged 17 years and above and will run from November 1, 2010 to March 4, 2011.  The program offers players an opportunity to develop their game and skills prior to the commencement of the 2011 rugby season.

Based on the same training principles as the Elite Player Development Program (EPDP), the UQRA 4 month Program will expose participants to cutting edge techniques delivered by world-class coaches and allows you to experience life as an athlete. The program will fast track your rugby skills and take your game to the next level.

The program includes:

• Player screening and testing
• Strength and conditioning development
• Skills assessment and development
• Access to UQ's world class facilities
