Off Season Development Program

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, then the UQRA Off Season Program is for you.

The OSP is available to players aged 17 years and above and will run from 28th October 2013 to 28th February 2014. The program offers players an opportunity to train like a professional rugby player to develop their game and skills prior to the commencement of the 2014 rugby season.

Delivered by experienced coaches, the OSP is designed to identify and help you to achieve your rugby goals.  The program encompasses on and off field education strategies, and will fast track your rugby development.

The program includes:

·         Academy training kit - cap, singlet, shirt, shorts

·         Core, Unit and Position Specific Skill Development sessions

·         Team-based Strength, Conditioning and Speed sessions plus physical testing analysis

·         Training analysis and documented feedback

·         Nutrition advice

·         Psychological development sessions

·         Access to UQ’s world class sporting facilities

 
Dates:

Phase 1 - 28th October 2013 - 20th December 2013

Phase 2 - 23rd December 2013 to 3rd January 2014 (Unsupervised training)

Phase 3 - 6th January 2014 to 28th February 2014

Total Program - 16 weeks (4 months)

                               

Pricing:

Full program price - $2400 (full payment required prior to commencement)

Monthly price - $650 per month (4 weeks)

All 2012 registered UQRFC players will receive 25% discount on program fees
